The Parent Company was founded in 1984 with the commitment to deliver the best possible construction service to both meet and exceed our client’s expectation.

As our company has grown, we continue to focus on the construction values that have been successful in making the building process a pleasant experience for our clients – hard work, honesty, responsibility, personal attention, and common sense.

The Parent Company has many of the best management and field supervisors in the area , and we continue to improve their skills through training workshops and construction seminars. The Parent Company’s owners, Til Bourland, Ron Crutcher, Jim Brownlee, and Tom Pirtle, offer our 112 years of experience in working together. Experience and skillful people are essential tools in our delivery of quality construction.
