The Parent Company, Inc. is currently seeking qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for upcoming work at MTSU’s Student Athlete Performance Center (SBC 166/009-02-2021). Current and potential Disadvantaged, Minority and Women-Owned Businesses are highly encouraged to participate. Project Overview
The Parent Company has been selected by MTSU and Tennessee Board of Regents for the construction of the new, 90,000 sf, Student Athletic Performance Center at MTSU. This facility will include state of the art weight room, training rooms, hydro spas, locker rooms, storage areas, coaches’ offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, student lounge and a premium space dining facility, all becoming an integral part of the existing Floyd Stadium facility. The project will also include score board renovations and control room construction in Murphy Center.
