Richland Country Club, a historic Southern country club in Nashville, TN, decided to embark on the largest renovation of its 116 year history. The Parent Company was selected to manage the phased renovation of nearly every space on campus. Phase 1 included renovations to the clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis center, and the addition of the state-of-the-art fitness center.
- Multi-phase Multiple phases with multiple turn over milestones per phase.
- Maintaining Access Work was done in the middle of an active country club. The club remained open to members during construction.
- Safety of Employees & Members Safety of all on the active campus was a priority.
