The Billy and Jennifer Frist Hall project at CIA was announced as one of the winners for the Marvin Window Architectural Challenge.

APSU will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Maynard Mathematics and Computer Science Building November 18th, 2013.

The Parent Company recently broke ground with The Harpeth Hall School in Nashville for their new Athletic and Wellness Center. The Athletic and Wellness Center will consist of an 800-seat competition gym, a 3,500-square-foot fitness facility, offices, locker rooms, two multi-purpose classrooms, a concessions kitchen, and a spirit store.

The Parent Company was recently the successful bidder on the Austin Peay State University Maynard Mathematics and Computer Science Building in Clarksville, TN. After a successful first round under the Tennessee Board of Regents Best Value Procurement Option One process, The Parent Company went on to submit a bid for the project against the other two selected contractors and was the successful bidder.

Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development Commissioner Karla Davis announced that The Parent Company, Inc. in Brentwood was chosen to receive the Governors Award of Excellence for Workplace Safety.

Parent Company is excited to break ground with Currey Ingram Academy on the new Jennifer and Billy Frist Hall at Currey Ingram Academy's campus in Williamson County in May of 2012. This new $9.3 million, 35,000sf facility will serve as the student center building and will sit in the heart of campus, inviting students, staff and guests to gather, communicate, celebrate and learn together.

The Parent Company was recently awarded the Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administrations Commissioners Award of Excellence for Workplace Safety and Health. Over its 28 year history, The Parent Company has built an award winning safety program.
