The Parent Company was selected as the construction manager for the Brentwood Police Head-quarters, the largest construction project in the City of Brentwood’s history. The Brentwood Police Department had outgrown its spot at City Hall, and needed a new facility in order to better serve one of the fastest growing areas in Tennessee. The 2-story, 56,000 sf Brentwood Police Headquarters accommodates all police divisions under one roof including patrol administration, criminal investigations, training, and the city’s dispatch center. The Parent Company’s main goal was providing Brentwood with a smooth construction process. Careful coordination, clear communication, and creative problem solving made the Brentwood Police Headquarters a success.
