Vanderbilt University has selected The Parent Company,  Inc. to be the construction manager for the Commodore’s baseball facility upgrades. The $10 million project will be key to keeping Vanderbilt’s impressive baseball program competitive in the years to come.

Our project team. made up of Joel Carden, Gary Bowen, and Jim Brownlee. has worked on numerous projects for Vanderbilt, particularly their athletic properties (see: Hawkins Field, McGugin Center, Memorial Gym). Between their experience with complex projects, attention-to-detail management style, and genuine admiration for Coach Corbin and the Commodores, this project is one we are very excited to get started on.
