Jim Brownlee is a respected leader of The Parent Company for a variety of reasons. With over 40 years of construction experience in estimating, cost analysis, and project management he is able to play critical roles in every aspect of your program development, particularly the pre-construction phase. An innate ability to communicate to both clients and contractors alike allow Jim to confidently lead the construction team to success on even the most complex of projects. Jim’s level-headed and results-oriented leadership during the pre-construction phase of numerous projects has earned him the respect of Owners such as Vanderbilt University, Crosland Development Company, and Williamson County Government.
