Roger joined The Parent Company in 1997 as an experienced superintendent. His strong leadership style and high standards have the power to inspire the entire construction team to improve their performance on a jobsite. Roger specializes in interior finishes and tenant buildouts and has extensive experience with tight schedules, off work hours, difficult accessibility issues, and existing building systems. Roger’s ability to make decisions easily and take action quickly leave Owners, such as Deloitte, BlueCross BlueShield, and Alex S. Palmer Company, positive that a quality facility will be delivered on time and within budget.

Roger grew up in Dickson, TN and now lives in Lebanon, TN with his wife. He enjoys going on road trips with his wife, working in the yard, and spending time with his grandson.
