BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s Nashville office was in need of a rehabilitation. The building was originally constructed in 1975 and needed updates to improve aesthetics and energy efficiency. The Parent Company was selected to provide pre-construction and construction services which included re-skinning and updating the facade and interior improvements. Through strategic phasing BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee was able to remain in operation throughout construction.
