H.G. Hill Realty Company is a middle Tennessee developer that manages a privately held real estate portfolio with over 2 million square feet. H.G. Hill Realty Co. selected The Parent Company to manage the renovation of the Armory Oaks Warehouse in Nashville, TN. In order to accommodate H.G. Hill’s need to quickly move the future tenants into the space, The Parent Company developed an accelerated schedule. By coordinating the work efficiently, multiple move-in dates were met and the new tenants were able to smoothly move into the new office space.
