Moxy Nashville on Broadway is a 90,000 sf hotel featuring 168 rooms, including 42 suites, lounge spaces, retail space, a rooftop restaurant, and a wall of windows providing expansive views overlooking Lower Broadway and the Cumberland River. The renovation of an existing warehouse into a boutique hotel stayed within budget and on schedule.
