Cole Bourland

Project Manager
Cole joined The Parent Company as a project manager in 2008, though he has worked summers in the field for TPC since he was a teenager. Cole is a dependable team player skilled at finding ways to collaborate with the entire design team. He is proficient with technology designed to make the construction process smoother, specifically using technology to find conflicts in drawings before construction begins. Cole’s work ethic and management style has earned the confidence of Owners such as Montgomery Bell Academy, Video Gaming Technologies, and United Methodist Publishing House.

Cole’s family is his number one priority which is why he chose to return to Nashville after graduating from Auburn University. Cole and his wife, both raised in Nashville, spend time volunteering with organizations like Best Buddies, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Habitat for Humanity. He particularly enjoyed volunteering with Habitat for Humanity because he was able to do hands on construction and to practice what he preaches. Cole is always active whether it’s jogging, playing basketball, golfing, or working around the house.
