– Neil Alexander, United Methodist Publishing House’s President
The United Methodist Publishing House is one of the oldest continuously-operating businesses in Nashville. In 2014 they sold their historic downtown office and relocated to property in MetroCenter. The Parent Company was selected to manage the renovation of the 160,000 sf office space. TPC replaced all of the windows with insulated glazing, installed new metal roofing over top of the existing roof, and reworked all of the building entrances in the 30 year old building. The main entrance included a new building structure which opened up the lobby for a grand entrance. The job was broken up into four phases allowing the end user to move in while construction was ongoing.
