“The Parent Company assisted in project design and value engineering in the pre-construction phase within a very constrained timeline. Once construction began, the efficiency of subcontractor coordination and work timeline was evident from day one.”
– Graham Neff, Associate Athletic Director at Middle Tennessee State University
Middle Tennessee State University, part of the Tennessee Board of Regents, is a public university located in Murfreesboro, TN. MTSU’s Blue Raiders received a million dollar donation that was used to renovate the Jeff Hendrix Stadium Club. The Parent Company was hired as the Construction Manager for the renovations. This renovation project is an excellent example of how a well-executed CM/GC project runs. Taking into consideration safe operations of the project as it relates to the flow of students directly under the work space was discussed every day and reviewed in each project meeting.
- Active Campus Safety on an active campus is always a priority for The Parent Company. Clear communication on a jobsite with students walking below the work being performed was imperative for keeping the students and faculty safe during the renovations.
