Austin Peay State University’s Maynard Mathematics & Computer Science Building was built to house APSU’s growing math and computer science programs. The Parent Company was selected to construct the Maynard Math & Computer Science Building through Tennessee Board of Regent’s Best Value Option 3 process. As general contractor TPC worked on an extremely tight site requiring daily delivery coordination. In addition, student and staff safety was reviewed at each coordination meeting. The 27,000 sf building was completed in 2013 and houses the new campus data center, classrooms, offices, and two-story atrium.
