Episcopal School of Nashville is an independent coeducational Pre-K through elementary school located in East Nashville at the historic St. Ann’s Church. The campus features a secure modular village with handicap accessible classroom cottages, interconnecting wood decks and ample green space.

The Parent Company is proud to be part of the team that made Nashville’s first Episcopal school a success. The Parent Company served as general contractor for the project. TPC’s role included pre-construction services, design coordination, MDHA and zoning appeals hearings, utility coordination, construction supervision, and self-performed foundation and carpentry work. In addition to contractor services, TPC was actively involved in explaining the project to the Edgewood Community, the school’s neighbors, and assisting ESN’s volunteer board of directors make decisions that best served their vision for the school.

  • Safe Campus TPC maintained safe access to the playgrounds so that summer programs could continue during construction.
  • City Requirements TPC attended MDHA and zoning appeals meetings in order to successfully meet Nashville’s city overlay requirements.
