Montgomery Bell Academy is a private college preparatory school for young men in grades 7-12 located in Nashville, TN. Lowry Hall is the newest academic building on the hundred year old campus. Lowry Hall is a 3-story, 42,000 sf LEED Gold building that houses classrooms, offices, research rooms, student center, and a 160-seat debate hall.
The Parent Company recognized Montgomery Bell Academy’s commitment to keeping the campus active and safe for students and we were able to help them achieve this through constant and clear communication with the MBA staff and our subcontractors.
- Active Campus The Parent Company made keeping the campus active and safe during construction a top priority. This was accomplished with weekly coordination meetings with MBA.
- Limited & Residential Site The construction site was not only in the middle of an active campus, but also in the middle of a neighborhood. The Parent Company communicated regularly with neighbors and addressed any questions or concerns they had throughout the project.
