“Perhaps my greatest praise is that they have allowed MBA to run and function as a school community even in the midst of very significant construction.”

– Brad Gioia, Headmaster of Montgomery Bell Academy

Montgomery Bell Academy is a private college preparatory school for young men in grades 7-12 located in Nashville, TN. In order to better serve the school’s 700 students, Wallace Hall was torn down and replaced with a new Dining Hall. The new 43,000 sf dining facility included a 300-seat dining hall, classrooms, and a small formal dining room.

The Parent Company served MBA with constant communication that allowed the campus to continue running and daily coordination meetings to insure the construction process stayed on schedule.

  • Active Campus The Parent Company made keeping the campus active and safe during construction a top priority. This was accomplished with weekly coordination meetings with MBA.
  • Limited & Residential Site The construction site was not only in the middle of an active campus, but also in the middle of a neighborhood. The Parent Company communicated regularly with neighbors and addressed any questions or concerns they had throughout the project.
