In 2021 The Parent Company was selected to manage the renovation of Vanderbilt’s Basketball Locker Rooms. The 3,500-square-foot facilities include a fueling station, teaching spaces equipped with video and white boards, an in-game meeting space and the “Forever Black and Gold Star” for former student-athletes to sign. Coordination with the campus planning and the Memorial Gym staff was crucial to each phase of the work. Extensive preconstruction services, including early release packages for materials, were critical to the success of the basketball locker room project.
