Maryland Park Center, Class A office space in Maryland Farms, was built on a tight site in 10 months. The project required careful coordination with the Owner and surrounding businesses to maintain traffic flow in and around the building. From foundation installation to completion of the masonry and stone envelope, the project was completed with minimal disruption to the neighboring businesses.
